We were at Lake Louise, in Banff National Park for a late lunch. The Grand Hotel was first opened in 1911 and has had numerous additions but is very majestic.

Lake Louise is a glacier fed lake. You can see the glacier in the background. It is a beautiful ice blue. There were quite a few people canoeing.
After leaving Banff National Park we drove down through Kootenay National Park to Invermere where we are spending the night.
