Jasper National Park. These pictures are of Athabasca Falls. We have seen many beautiful waterfalls but this one was spectacular! We could see where the river had changed course several times leaving carved out caves, and gorges. There was so much water, the river runs very fast over these falls. We then went to the Sunwapta Falls, which were almost as spectacular, and instead of ending in a calm eddy they ran into a wonderful deep canyon. These falls and rapids were so engrossing, we had a hard time pulling ourselves on to the next special sight!
